Viper Collective is run by founder Demi Caupain. With more than ten years of experience in project management and communication, and as the eldest daughter in a family of five children, she knows exactly how to get things done.

Throughout her career she has supported high-performing entrepreneurs in Amsterdam at the highest level: the kind of work where nothing may slip and every detail is followed up. That is the same precision she now brings to your family, where the stakes are a school place, a huisarts and a household that has to run from week one.

Demi has travelled the world a lot and therefore understands what kind of culture shock living in the Netherlands can be for expats. This is the reason why she would like to assist families with their soft landing.

With a degree in Communication Sciences, Demi is well suited for complex processes and questions. Together with a team of Vipers they think ahead, move quickly and understand what it takes to genuinely take the weight off busy families and create a soft landing while moving here.
